Welcome
Welcome to Canton Linux Enthusiasts! We are an informally-organized group of people who are active in the Open Source software community. Our primary focus is the Linux operating system, but we also welcome those who choose one of the BSD variants or other Open Source systems, or those who run Open Source software on Macintosh or other systems.
We currently don't hold scheduled meetings, but have an extremely active online community on our email list server. The lists are spam-free thanks to diligent moderation and controlled subscription policies.
Our nominal geographic focus is northeastern Ohio, but our lists are open to enthusiasts from other locales, as long as you don't mind our local focus and as long as you behave with courtesy on the lists.
