Welcome to Canton Linux Enthusiasts! We are an informally-organized group of people who are active in the Open Source software community. We hold free and open monthly meetings the last Wednesday of each month at the Stark County District Library in downtown Canton, Ohio.

The Canton Linux Enthusiasts will meet on Thursday July 24, 2008 Muggsigz Coffee and Tea Company in downtown Canton, Ohio. This will be an informal meeting. Any and all individuals with an interest in Free Software are welcome to join us for the discussion.

Ad Hoc Linux Extravaganza

So, who knew there are this many Linux/OpenSource/FreeSoftware enthusiasts in Canton, Ohio, of all places? Even Dennis Warner shows up. And Nate Wise is here too.

Chuck, Joel, Christian, Jeff, Eric, Paul, Dennis, Nate, Georganne, Scott, Steven, and Mike came out for an all out ad-hoc Linux Extravaganza. And we had coffee too. This was a meet and greet type of event. It was great to see so many new people at the LUG.
